Ordering information
Most of the items I make are bespoke in one way or another so don’t forget to include your desired measurements and feel free to be specific as you like about your furniture. You may also want to email me a sketch.
Turnaround
Please note: as of October 2023 my lead time is approx. 5 weeks before I am able to start on any new orders. Small items like rack pods can generally be sent out quicker, I sometimes have stock of these.
Payment
Ideally payment is made via bank transfer, details will be on your invoice. Get in touch if this payment method isn’t ideal for you.
Delivery
I normally use a courier when sending out smaller items. For desks etc I generally use a ‘man with a van’.
International orders
For overseas orders please note that I am unable to book deliveries for anything larger than a small rack unit. You are welcome to organize this yourself, feel free to contact me to check sizes etc.
Buying Process
Get in touch using the webform above, you don’t need to be too detailed with your message, just a general idea of what you are looking for to get the ball rolling. I will initially email you back to find out any further details needed and to talk you through options and get started on designing your bespoke piece of furniture. Due to demand If you haven’t heard from me in a few days then please txt or call on 07789 381989 to get started.
If this is a bespoke or custom order, our designs will be drawn up and rendered into a scale 3d model so that you can check that you are happy with the dimensions and features of the furniture. This will really help you visualize the new piece of furniture and make sure it fits where you want it before you receive delivery of the final product. You can see an example of what we provide in the image below:
Payment Once we are both happy with the design, price and timescales etc I will send you an invoice with my bank details on. I generally ask for 50% up front (to get the order booked in) and the rest when the order is ready to ship.
Delivery Smaller orders are sent via Parcelforce, larger items will be sent via a man with a van. I will shop around to find the best price and will confirm this with you before adding it to the invoice.
Alternatively you are welcome to collect or send someone if you prefer, I’m based in BS29 (10 minutes from J21 M5)
Where possible, larger items will be delivered unassembled to make delivery and installation into your room easier. Assembly is designed to be as easy as possible, generally just using a spanner to do up a few bolts. Sometimes you may need a screwdriver too. If an item can only be sent out assembled, I will let you know when ordering.
