19″ custom rack units. Made to order and to your specification.
Pictured is a Technics 1210 turntable sunk into the top of a unit, with sliding shelves below for controllers etc and storage below that. All in the same space as a 16u rack cabinet.
Made from 35mm thick reclaimed wooden boards.

Yes, all racks typically ship assembled
I use high quality Penn Elcom rack strip and handles etc. Wheels are typically bought elsewhere but I tend to use 50mm wheels (total height 70mm)

A rack pod is one board deep (approx. 215mm), anything deeper is classed as a cabinet and uses 2, or sometimes 1.5 boards.
Pricewise anything deeper than one board is more expensive than a rack pod due the extra joinery involved, but depending on your required depth, it may not be as much as a cabinet.
